ABCs of Community Assets (leasing/managing premises) – Multiple workshops

A series of workshops for Voluntary and Community groups interested in leasing/managing premises.

ABCs of Community Assets Training in Lambeth and Southwark

Stour Trust and Stir to Action in partnership with Impact on Urban Health and Community Southwark are delivering a series of workshops to support community groups based in Lambeth and Southwark, with the ins and outs of securing, purchasing and running community assets. From designing the right structure for your business, to securing investment and looking at lease options for community spaces, this training will offer a rounded, in person series of workshops, with real life case studies and the opportunity to visit projects and share with peers over food.

As well as community representatives we also welcome attendance from members of local councils and landowners who would like to better understand how their land can be used for and by the community.

This is part of a series of workshops, and details of the full programme can be found on Eventbrite.
