Paid roles available in Southwark Council’s Black Culture Conversation Project

Southwark Council is offering a number of paid roles to help shape their work with residents, creative practitioners and community organisations to co-create a sustainable vision for Black Culture in Southwark.

This is a diverse role, working closely with the RJ4All Founder and Director in the day-to-day running of his work and the organisation.

Commu TV were happy to cover the Holistic Well Women presenting the Furaha Choir.  Gospel group Furaha Choir is based in Lewisham. Through spiritual gospel singing, the organization has helped heal community servants. Over the years, Holistic well-women and women of substance have emerged as a result of this phenomenon

The PFYPF is part of Southwark Council's Youth New Deal, which was created following a Strategic Review of Youth Services in 2020. The review set out a firm commitment to ensuring that youth activity programmes are informed and shaped by what young people want. Through this Fund we aim to provide an inclusive and responsive youth service. Addressing inequalities by supporting, informing, upskilling and encouraging young people.
