The Ubele Initiative are now recruiting for Cohorts 2 and 3 of Nia Upeoni, a flagship leadership programme for Black grassroots leaders.
Applications are now open for Cohorts 2 & 3 of Nia Upeoni, a programme designed to nourish leadership, reconnect to your why, and explore frameworks grounded in racial justice and systems thinking.
Community leaders running organisations, shaping projects, and holding space for others rarely have opportunities to pause, reflect, and strengthen the ‘core condition’ necessary to reach their true potential. Nia Upeoni provides that space. Black and Minoritised changemakers from across the UK and Kenya come together to share wisdom, challenge assumptions, and cultivate bold solutions.
The programme isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about decolonising leadership, learning with peers who understand systemic challenges, and developing the resilience and insight to create lasting impact.
