Big Local Works have a new welfare benefits advisor, Norma Crawford.
Norma previously worked at the Citizens Advice Bureau in South Bermondsey and has joined BLW this month to support Southwark Residents with:
- Benefit checks
- Benefit Form filling
- Building understanding, confidence, and ability to manage the benefits process independently moving forward
- Support with Assessments
- Filling in appeal forms
- Support with appeal hearings
- Appointments available for clients and other family members to identify support and training opportunities
