Waterloo Community Counselling are excited to share details about their upcoming summer guided walks project: Building Community Resilience Among Local Refugees, in partnership with Lambeth Tour Guides Association (LTGA).

This initiative, running from May to September 2025, will include six themed walks led by an experienced guide, exploring different routes in and around North Lambeth.

The first walk is happening on Wednesday, May 7th, meeting at the WCC office at 10:30 AM.

This project is open to refugees, asylum-seekers, and migrants over 18 years old and is generously funded by the London Eye Community Chest grant in partnership with Lambeth Council, South Bank & Waterloo Neighbours. While they are prioritizing participants from SE1 7__, SE1 8__, and SE11 6__, they welcome anyone interested to get in touch.

A light lunch (sandwiches/snacks) will be provided, and travel expenses up to £10 is on offer to each participant.
