Volunteer Advice Service Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions for using our service

Community Southwark uses database software provided by Community Southwark Volunteer /TeamKinetic to manage the contact details of the volunteers who book appointments with our service. We do this to:

  • match you with relevant volunteering roles;
  • maintaining our own accounts and records;
  • assess performance and to set targets;
  • to enable us to monitor our equalities duties.

Sometimes, your volunteer advice advisor will ask if you want to be connected directly to a volunteer opportunity provider. If you say yes, the provider and administrator of that opportunity requires access to some of your data in order to run the opportunity successfully. The shared data is:

  • Your name and address
  • Your email
  • Your contact number
  • Your age
  • Any accessibility requirements you choose to share
