How to view volunteer applications

When your opportunity is on Community Southwark Volunteer, volunteers can apply directly. This means you need to contact them via email or phone to take them through your application process.

 

1. Log into Community Southwark Volunteer by visiting volunteer.communitysouthwark.org/vk/providers/login.htm 

Your log in will be the email you registered with and a password. If you’ve forgotten your password you can click ‘Forgotten Password’ at bottom of the log in screen and follow the instructions to reset your password.

2. When you are logged in, hover over Opportunities and then click Opportunities on the drop down menu

3. You will be taken to your volunteer opportunities. Find the one you would like to view and then click Manage

 

4. You will be taken to the opportunity dashboard. Applicants will be highlighted in red when you have volunteer applications to respond to. Click on ‘Applicants’

5. You will see a list of applicants to your volunteering opportunity. Click on the name of the volunteer to see their profile. 

7. You can now see the volunteer’s email and phone number. You can click on their profile to see more details about them. 

8. You should now contact the volunteer and take them through your usual application process. You can also click Approve when the volunteer is approved to volunteer with you, Pending while you are processing their application or Deny if the volunteer has not been approved to volunteer with you.
