New Challenge are opportunity, to support the professional development of your colleagues through the NCFE Level 2 in Information, Advice or Guidance.

They are  also able to offer this course to unemployed individuals who are 19+ and have a right to live and work in the UK.

So, if you work with unemployed adults or have volunteers working for you who may benefit from this course, please get in touch!

This course is offered remotely and your staff will be supported every step of the way by highly qualified and experienced Tutors, who have many years’ experience delivering this programme.

This qualification is designed for those people who work in, or are looking to work in an information, advice or guidance role such as:

  • Careers Adviser
  • Counsellor
  • Customer Service Adviser
  • Debt Adviser
  • Employment Adviser
  • Housing Support Worker
  • Learning Support Worker
  • Legal Services Support Worker
  • Peer Mentor
