This event is proudly brought to you by Brook Love Sex Life and the UK Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. These two organizations have partnered with the following objectives in mind:
Share Stories: We aim to share impactful stories of individuals living with HIV and those working in the HIV field, with a special emphasis on the experiences within the Black African and Caribbean communities.
Share Knowledge: We will provide information about available resources for residents and those working in Lambeth, Southwark, and Lewisham.
Destigmatize HIV and AIDS: Working towards destigmatizing HIV and AIDS through open and constructive dialogue.
Event Highlights:
Resource Fair: Visit information stalls where you can access educational materials and engage with representatives from organizations dedicated to HIV and AIDS awareness.
Open Panel Discussion and Q&A Session: Participate in an interactive Q&A session with individuals whose lives have been impacted by HIV, healthcare professionals, and experts, clarifying doubts and misconceptions about HIV and AIDS.
