The Refugee Employability Program (REP), a project initiated by Reed in Partnership’s aim is to help refugees integrate into society and find employment by providing them with the necessary skills.
The REP program offers ESOL classes to refugees to help them improve their English language skills, which are essential for finding employment and integrating into society. In addition, we provide job readiness training and support, including job search assistance, resume building, interview preparation, and more.
We are currently seeking referrals for REP from refugees who are seeking employment and ESOL classes. If you know any refugees who could benefit from our program, we would greatly appreciate your referral. We understand that finding employment and integration into society can be a challenging process, and we are here to help.
