Qigong is an ancient evolving practise, beneficial for all, that includes healing postures, movement, self-massage, breathing techniques, visualisation and meditation.An holistic system of health, qigong is enjoyable to do, believed to increase longevity, and induces calm mental and emotional states.
Writing for self-enquiry and self awareness, with writing prompts, is included within the classes, and is another healthy self-care practice. Scientific studies have shown that a regular writing practice can improve physical, mental, and emotional health in dramatic ways.
By establishing a healthier, loving and trusting relationship with your body, you discover the safe haven you’ve been searching for. These classes, incorporating Qigong Movement practises & writing prompts, are dedicated to the cultivation of generating improved mental, physical, and emotional health, and an integrated sense of well-being.
