ParaPride will be marking LGBTQ+ History by presenting an incredible event in celebration of our powerful LGBTQ+ disabled community. Hosted by Powerhouse Son of a Tutu.

We have a spectacular line-up of talented acts.

Some returning favourites and some joining for the first time, including: Rick Dove, Eileen Eiffell, Katie Price, Crip Ladywood, *Aerial Mel, and more.

A new ‘Dis-section’ panel with special guest-speakers Roxy Murray, Alex Vasquez, Asifa Lahore. We will reflect about the intersectional identities that we feel most proud of and empowered by – yet these continue to be causes of discrimination in society. A relatable topic followed by Q&A.

We will have a spacious Community Networking area available for everyone to socialise, connect and have fun.

Come engage with our community partners:

Positive East, Stonewall Housing, Parallel Lifestyle, TransActual, Schools Out / LGBT+ History Month, 17-24-30 National HCAW, Black Thrive, and more.

General admission £7.50. Concessions £5. Carers/companions go free.
Tickets are available on the Eventbrite Booking LINK.

BSL interpreters will be provided throughout the event. The ground level is step-free. Lift access to all levels. Accessible toilets available. Quiet space available. Two Bars with drinks and snacks for purchase.

We are particularly grateful to Hackney Council and Hackney Pride 365 for their hospitality and continuous support. LGBTQ+ History Month opens up great opportunities to learn, educate, raise awareness and give visibility to the marginalised intersectional LGBTQ+ communities.

We look forward to welcoming you to this memorable experience.
