We welcome all residents from Southwark and persons registered with a Southwark GP.

Are you looking for emotional support with your mental health?

Our Open Peer Support Group is a safe and non-judgemental space for you to discuss and gain support around what you are struggling with at the moment. The group is facilitated by trained peer support volunteers who have lived experience of mental distress themselves. It is also a chance to connect as peers with other people in your community who are experiencing mental health issues.

Southwark Hub’s Peer Support group will take place every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month from 11:30am to 12:45pm and will be rolling – that means you can attend group sessions as and whenever you wish. The group discussion will be driven by whatever the attendees bring on the day – our peer supporters welcome anything you wish to bring around your mental wellbeing.

The next dates are 13th June, 27th June, 11th July, 25th July at 11:30am-12:45pm.

Please contact southwarkhub@together-uk.org and nia-roberts@together-uk.org if you have any accessibility needs or any questions about the group.
