This is a new Digital Support service which has been set up with the support of Southwark Council Tenants Fund.
Southwark CAB is now running regular Digital Support sessions at various locations throughout the borough where people who live or work in Southwark can get free help and support if they are having difficulty getting online. Southwark CAB's staff and volunteers are available on the sessions to guide people through online systems including:
- Making and managing your Universal Credit claim online
- Setting up a MySouthwark account including registering for Homesearch
- Online Bidding
- Making a change in your circumstances
Southwark CAB have also set up an agency referral appointment system that you can use to help the people you deal with get online and get net savvy. If you work for an organisation and wish to refer a client, please click here.
If clients prefer they can simply drop in to see one of the team during the sessions or they can email or phone for an appointment and details are on our website here.
