Welcome to the June 2018 Income Generation and Funding Bulletin!

In this month's Income Generation bulletin, find out about the issues making the news from the sector and upcoming funding opportunities and deadlines, including the following opportunities:

Black History Month 2018 - Grants 
Small (up to £500) and large (up to £2000) grants are available for events for Southwark residents that celebrate this year's Black History Month. Please ensure you read the guidance notes completely  before completing an application.
Deadline: 11 June 2018 (9am)

Newcomen Collett
Grants of up to £1,000 are available for organisations and individuals  undertaking projects to further educational and extracurricular activities for young people under the age of 25 years.
Deadline: 18 June 2018

Weston Anniversary Fund
The Weston anniversary Fund celebrates 60 years of the Garfield Weston Foundation. The Fund launched at the beginning of the year and closes soon, offering £30,000 to £150,000 to provide new or improve existing community facilities. Grants must be spent, and projects completed by 31st December 2020.
Deadline:  30 June 2018

The Good Neighbourhood Fund
The Fund will support organisations working to bring people together; supporting older people, refugees and asylum seekers, and people with mental health problems. Grants available range from £5,000 to £10,000 per year over two years.
Deadline: 16 July 2018 (12 noon)

Mayor of London: Young Londoners Fund
The Fund supports projects working with children and young people (aged 10-21) across London, who are either at risk of exclusion or involvement in criminal activity or have been involved in criminal activity. Grants range from up to £10k per year for 3years for small organisations, to £50k-£150k per year for large organisations. 
Deadline: Monday 9 July 2018 (12 noon)
