The Universal Credit Network (UCN) is for charities and public facing community organisations who do not specialise in providing advice, or who do not have the resources to keep up-to-date with UC, but whose service users are affected by it on a daily basis.
As such, the UCN aims to provide vital support and information to frontline workers.
The network meets four times a year and the meeting notes include useful information and links.
