MINDFULNESS FOR MENTAL WEALTH is a 6-week Stress-Management Programme delivered FREE by HABITS of London C.I.C. with the generous support of United St. Saviour’s Charity Grant .
Run in the evenings to accommodate those who work or are busy during the days it comprises a 2-hour session per week with the objective of cultivating MINDFULNESS. Cultivating a mindfulness practice trains the mind to effectively manage stress & other life challenges whilst empowering change towards the future you desire.
This programme will enable you to overcome barriers preventing you from meeting your life goals and gain the support you need towards becoming your best self.
Within an uplifting, inclusive and dynamic learning environment, you will receive clear and simple understanding of the theory and benefits of MINDFULNESS that will enable you to learn how to:
– Understand your own ‘habits of mind’ so you can make better, informed decisions towards the direction of positive change
– Take control of your mind so you can take control of your life
– Develop simple tools and techniques available to you long after the programme has ended to help effectively manage stress, depression, anxiety, anger, pain and other emotional, mental & physical health issues
– Increase confidence to plan towards and eventually achieve your life goals
– Enhance overall self-esteem, self-confidence and resilience
– Combat isolation, loneliness and other existential struggles
