“The diverse range of topics covered, coupled with the interactive nature of the workshops, provided me with valuable insights and practical skills that I have already begun incorporating into my daily life… I feel more equipped to navigate challenges, set meaningful goals, and make a positive impact in my community.” – Hussain (director, Bahdja Academy)
Make Your Mark (MYM), our free training course, restarts in October! It focuses on teaching community groups the fundamentals of monitoring, evaluation, reporting impact, and funding.
Through workshops, 1-2-1s, and networking sessions, our MYM champions report that they have felt supported, informed, and more confident. For example, one group used the session on ‘theory of change’ to “map out each area for a particular project at the application phase to then refer back to throughout the project for monitoring.”
Superhighways – experts on all things digital – lead the final two workshops of each course. They explored data collection and demonstrating impact, e.g. to funders, trustees, or the public. These sessions have also proven popular: “Superhighways provided practical advice, with free and accessible tools, on how to visualise the impact of the work that we do.”
