The London PlanA policy framework that sets out the overall strategic plan for London, or rather the “economic, environmental, transport and social framework for the development of London over the next 20-25 years.” The plan is currently agreed in principle and should be published by the end of 2020. The New Southwark PlanThe New Southwark Plan will be a borough-wide planning and regeneration strategy up to 2033. The plan sets out the aspirations of the borough’s distinctive neighbourhoods, informs decisions on planning applications and development proposals, and outlines potential development sites with specifications for development requirements. Social Regeneration ChartersA Social Regeneration Charter is a local policy framework aimed at ensuring regeneration of the local environment benefits the social and economic wellbeing of people that live, work, and visit the area.
