Help the NHS improve services for autistic people in south east London

South east London Integrated Care Board would like to better understand the experiences of autistic people in south east London who access health and social care services. This will help inform the development of current and future services in the area.

We have three different ways to engage; by completing our survey, by attending a focus group, or by volunteering for a lived experience role.
