A Staff Hello and Update from Gosia, our Membership & Outreach Officer
A warm hello to everyone!
I’m Gosia – Membership and Outreach Officer at Community Southwark. My role is new, and I have been developing it since the beginning of the year. I previously worked as Community Engagement Officer for Healthwatch Southwark, part of Community Southwark.
I love my new role as I meet our members directly and understand their backgrounds, services, and the difference they make in the community. I also work across all the Community Southwark teams and benefit from their wealth of experience and knowledge.
I have also been a Wellbeing Coach for the past 8 years; supporting individuals and affecting broader change through this support has been a great privilege.
My role as Membership Officer is to make your membership journey smooth and beneficial, so your organisation can grow and thrive.
Appointments will help you identify any needs your organisation may have, gaps in resources and training which we can develop to benefit the sector. We can also work with you to reflect on what your next steps might be.
Our resources and support are constantly evolving. Mapping members’ needs help us to be more effective.
