Helen Raphael is the founder and CEO of HABITS of London C.I.C., a community and social enterprise that delivers mindfulness-based integrative psychotherapeutic treatments and programmes to individuals, families, groups, and organisations to enhance and improve their emotional and mental health, with an empowering focus on their holistic well-being.
As well as being the lead Psychotherapist of HABITS, she is also a PhD student at London South Bank University (LSBU), and that’s where you, as an organisation and member, come in.
She needs volunteers to take part in completing her research study questionnaire in her endeavour to address mental health inequalities, particularly in marginalised and diverse communities and those who are especially reluctant to engage in mainstream health care services.
The questionnaire takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.
For your efforts, she is donating a Prize Draw of £250 generously awarded to her by LSBU. If you can please spread this information as far and wide as possible, anyone over the age of 18 can participate. She truly appreciates your support of her research study.
