Volunteer at London New Year’s Eve Fireworks

The biggest fireworks display of the year is back and we need your help to make it our best New Year’s yet!

London’s Embankment will be home to one of the busiest nights of the year for London with 100,000 ticket holders assembling to watch the London skyline light up with our world famous New Year’s Eve fireworks display.

Visitors will be able to see the display from numerous ticketed zones across the city including the Mall, Waterloo and Westminster and we need volunteer help to make sure the evening runs smoothly.

pre-event volunteering:

supporting the box office on Trafalgar Square from 29 December to 31 December. At the box office volunteers will be engaging with visitors informing them the box office is for people who have already purchased tickets to collect.

When: Saturday 29th – Monday 31 December 12pm - 4pm or 4pm - 8pm

on the night volunteering:

Volunteer event assistants have 1 of 9 locations to choose from across the city where they will be engaging with ticket holders and helping them get to the right areas to see the fireworks. They will be also engaging with visitors to London who do not have tickets to the fireworks and finding alternatives for them.

When: 31 December, 19:00 – 23:00
