The Coffee Room is an exciting area within DePaul’s Endeavour Centre in Southwark. Here they have a small café which provides sandwiches and coffees to staff and visitors; it is not open to the general public.

About Depaul UK

DePaul UK is a national youth homelessness charity, founded in 1989 in response to the growing number of homeless people on the streets of London. We support young people by offering a safe place to stay in a crisis, helping them to take the step from homelessness into stable housing and providing specialist long-term support to help get lives back on track.

When: Weekdays 9:30am-4:30pm

Where: Depaul, Sherborne House, 34 Decima Street, London, SE1 4QQ                                             

In return for your efforts they can offer you:
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate
  • Barista training
  • Customer service experience
  • Food preparation experience
  • Cash handling experience, including till reconciliation
  • Stock management experience
  • Practical experience of working in a small scale catering outlet
  • A reference after the completion of three months 
  • We will pay for travel on provision of a receipt
  • We will provide  food and drink at break times
