Southwark Council has announced £120k of grant funding over 2 years for a VCS organisation to host a wellbeing and activities coordinator to work with asylum seekers living in initial accommodation centres.

This post, which will be hosted by the successful charity working in this area, should be addressing social isolation and promoting wellbeing for people seeking asylum in Southwark’s initial accommodation centres.
