About DK Legal
David has more than ten years’ experience as a solicitor in the charity and not for profit sector. He qualified as a solicitor in 2007 and soon after joined the Charity Commission as a legal advisor. He then moved to a major UK charity where he worked as Head of Governance & Legal. In 2016, David founded DK Legal with the aim of providing charities and other not-for-profit organisations with access to high quality, specialist legal advice at affordable fees.
David has worked with a number of different charities since then, with a particular focus on serving smaller, local organisations. David grew up locally (in Kingston) and has served on the boards of various charities, currently acting as a trustee of two charities – Links International and Bluseeds – Dignity & Hope.
How it works
Please contact our VCS Support Team, via info@communitysouthwark.org, to request an appointment. We will then liaise with David and yourself to find a suitable time.
In your email, please provide as much detail as you can about your issue, including any documents you think relevant. This ensures you can make the most of David’s time when you meet.
*Please note that the legal advice helpline is provided by DK Legal and is independent of Community Southwark.
