This is a new weekly inclusive yoga workshop hosted at London Performance Studios, led by Luis Odriozola.
The classes will focus on gaining a deeper level of understanding of the body in order to reach each individual’s full movement potential.
For this, concepts and practices derived from Yoga, Klein Technique and Kinesthesia will be used. The aim is to:
– maximise physical function
– move towards a state of relaxation
– stimulate the body’s energy centres and meridians
Benefits of yoga can include improving flexibility, breathing skills, concentration, balance, strength, endurance and vitality.
The content and dynamics of the practices will be adapted to the experience, needs and age of the group members, seeking to ensure that everyone can gain the greatest possible benefit.
