David Alcock, Partner at legal firm Anthony Collins, will draw on over 30 years’ experience supporting social purpose enterprises to explain the changing landscape for purpose-led organisations and share trends in legal structures for social businesses and charities.

This session will look at the types of legal structure commonly used by charities and social businesses, including unincorporated and incorporated charity structures. It will also discuss non-charitable structures used by social businesses such as Community Interest Companies (CICs), Co-operatives and businesses with B Corp certification.
