As part of Safeguarding Adults Week, this free online seminar from the Ann Craft Trust will be platform to discuss how practitioners can contribute to safer cultures in their organisation.

This is an interactive seminar that will include some input from staff at the Ann Craft Trust, who would really like to have a conversation with you about the issues that you face and good practice in creating safer and stronger cultures.

They will encourage delegates to participate in the session verbally, or by using the chat function on Teams.

This workshop will explore:

  • Common themes in problematic cultures.
  • Lessons from safeguarding children and adults reviews and inquiries.
  • How it feels to have a concern and the barriers you face in reporting those concerns.
