About this event
The Universal Credit Network (UCN) is a quarterly meeting for people that work with Universal Credit claimants on the front-line. At the UCN, attendees have the opportunity to meet with UC experts and have their concerns and queries regarding UC answered.
The UCN aims to provide functional knowledge of the Universal Credit system, and fill in grey areas of knowledge and know-how that staff might need when working with claimants.

Our Network meetings continue online to provide a forum for Universal Credit updates from the likes of the DWP, Citizens Advice Southwark and Southwark Law Centre. Most importantly there will be a long Q&A session so bring your questions!
Who the UCN is aimed at:
The UCN is aimed at staff working with Universal Credit claimants on the front line on a regular basis. If you work for a charity, non-profit, NGO, community organisation, or other company that provides help, advice, and support to UC claimants then the UCN is for you!
