Grants from Trusts and Foundations are a major source of income for most charities and community groups, but with increasing demand and decreasing supply it’s vital that groups look at other sources of generating income.
In this session we’ll be looking at two interesting fundraising methods that can raise large amounts of unrestricted funding to help pay for your core costs and build capacity – social investment, and crowdfunding.
Featuring presentations from sector leaders in both areas, we will also have dedicated time for peer support and idea development workshops.
This event will be held in-person to maximise opportunities for collaboration and learning from each other, but resources and guidance will be circulated online for anyone unable to attend on the day.
If you are new to either concept, please visit the websites below to find out more and then join us on the day to further develop your knowledge and skills:
We understand not all organisations will be interested or ready to engage with both topics, so please feel free to attend the sessions most relevant for you.
