Siobhan Davies Studio’s cornerstone youth programme for young people aged 16–25
NEXT choreography is Siobhan Davies Studio’s cornerstone youth programme for young people aged 16–25 who want to learn about and experiment with choreography.
Across three months, participants will work with dancers, choreographers and interdisciplinary artists – to explore and expand their creative practice. This course investigates choreography from many perspectives: from performance, visual and sound design to hybrid practices that bring dance into dialogue with activism, technology, architecture and more.
We welcome all young people with interest in choreography. Participants do not need to have previous experience or training.
Full and part bursaries are available for this programme. The course takes place on Tuesday evenings in Elephant and Castle and is designed to fit around the participant’s other commitments.
