Rosa’s Summer Conference will feature a wide range of influential speakers and engaging panel discussions with leading experts from the UK women and girls sector.
Pragna Patel, former Director of Southall Black Sisters, will open the conferencem, talking about the power of women’s and girls’ organisations in creating long-term social, political and cultural change for women and girls.
They will cover a range of topics during the conference, including:
- Mapping the UK women and girls sector and its funding
- The session will share the findings of Rosa’s recent research, explore the funding landscape and what it means for the women and girls sector.
- Meet the funder panel
- This session will give attendees an opportunity to meet the funder panellists, to hear more about their funding and to ask questions.
- Voices from the frontline: women tackling inequality
- In this session, you will explore the varied forms that campaigning and influencing work take, and how essential women’s organisations are in progressing culture, law and practice in women’s and girls’ lives.
