Home Truths 2: Race Equity Series Session Two continues with our new event series, hosted by ACEVO and Voice4Change England. The series will stimulate and support meaningful anti-racist responses to civil society’s ongoing racism problem.
In this session, we get to grips with ethnicity pay gap reporting and how organisations can respond when data shows that black and minoritised ethnic people are on the wrong side of the gap.
This event will ask some crucial questions, such as why so few civil society organisations report ethnicity pay gap figures and how reporting can help to advance anti-racist and race equity goals. The event will also explore how pay gaps connect to wider questions of equal pay and overlapping issues of ‘race,’ gender and disability.
This session on the ethnicity pay gap will be brought to you by a line up including Sanjiv Lingayah, Director of Reframing Race, researcher & Home Truths 2 Race Equity Lead and the Home Truths 2 Race Equity Lead and a thought-provoking guest speaker. Spaces are limited so please sign up today for a guilt-free and practical discussion for all those in civil society who are anti-racist curious.
