As you may be aware, Avanton is bringing forward plans to redevelop the former Gasworks site on the Old Kent Road.
We are working on emerging proposals to deliver high-quality and sustainable homes, commercial and community space, and a new destination park which will provide a public lido, café, and the conservation of the Grade II listed gasholder.
We welcome your views, and we would like to invite you to attend our exhibition sessions to view the proposals and to hear your views.
The following session is being held, where you can view the plans, meet with the developers and contribute your views:
Saturday 8th October, 10 am to 1 pm, Christ Church Peckham, 676 – 680 Old Kent Road, SE15 1JF.
No need to book in advance – just turn up.
We would highly encourage you to go and represent your own views and those of residents on your estate, particularly if you live in the surrounding area in Peckham, Bermondsey and Walworth.
