Calling social impact professionals…
How often do you:
- Get to the end of your week feeling depleted?
- Struggle to switch off from work or find it disrupting your sleep?
- Feel emotionally affected by the circumstances of the people or causes you serve?
Working in the social impact space, the chances are that one or more of these are fairly common for you – this is the daily reality of a sector that is being starved of funding while demand for its services increase exponentially.
This workshop:
While we can’t fully resolve these issues in one-hour workshop, what I aim to offer is offer a supportive space, away from your day-to-day, to consider ‘how are you really doing?’ and reflect on what you can do to take care of yourself.
Join this interactive session to:
- Address why it’s so important for those working for social impact to prioritise their wellbeing.
- Hear top tips for making self-care part of your (already overflowing) daily and weekly routines.
- Connect with others in the sector to share experiences and learn from each other.
- Set some intentions to support your self-care and wellbeing going forwards.
