This February BPS celebrates LGBTQIA+ History month with a series of performances, talks and live art events: 6 – 11 February 2023.

Full Events Programme:

TEEF | Monday 6th | 7 – 9 pm
Teef Is a fringe theatre show exploring hidden queerness and inter-class relationships. A delicious deep dive into attraction, embarrassment and lost teeth.

Hysterical Social Club | Tuesday 7th | 7 – 9 pm
Social Club is a one-off fundraising event brought to you by the organisers of Hysterical @beeillustrates and @cheerupluv centring women and LGBTQIA+ artists.

T’artopia | Wednesday 8th | 7.15 – 9.30 pm
@t_artpress comes to Bermondsey Project space for t’ARTopia, a night of art words and music from some of their most delicious t’ARTs.

Queer Noise | Thursday 9th | 7 – 10 pm
The one-year anniversary of @Queer.Noise ! Bringing you the best queer poetry, music and comedy. Fundraising for The Outside Project.

Rich Man’s Slug : Daytime interactive events| Saturday 10th | 12.30 – 3.30 pm
Rich Man’s Slug brings you two interactive daytime events, BUILDING IMAGINED SOCIETIES and Invisible ink. Building Imagines Societies uses play, pillow forts and movement to reconnect to childhood and collectively imagine new societies. INVISIBLE INK is a movement installation exploring the search for a queer history. INVISIBLE INK aims to question how queer histories are told. Objects, sound, movement and text combine to create a space for reflection and expansive imagination.

Rich Man’s Slug: Evening Performance | Saturday 10th | 7 – 9 pm
A classic Rich Man’s Slug performance evening, filled with a gorgeous lineup of beautiful creators and performers. Expect a comedic and playful exploration of queerness through movement and dance.
