  • Start: 20th June, 2024 @ 9:00AM
  • End: 20th June, 2024 @ 10:30AM
  • The Lumen Community, 88 Tavistock Place, London WC1H 9RS

This in-person networking event, hosted with the generous support of Clothworkers Company, will be an opportunity for trustees to reflect, connect with others, and think through how they can shift their practice to meet today’s challenges.

What will we cover?

We’ll be bringing together insights from our guidance on being a trustee in an age of permacrisis, as well as recent events exploring how trustees can centre lived experiencedo governance differently, or work together more effectively. During discussions we’ll support attendees to think through questions like:

  • How to draw on the right information to make decisions?
  • How to adapt in fast-moving situations?
  • How to keep focused on your mission?

Who is it for?

This event is free and open to all trustees, with a particular focus on those of small and medium-sized organisations. We’ll be facilitating discussions between attendees, so please come prepared to share.
