There are lots of online form or survey tools out there. But if you are already using Google for your organisational email and file storage solutions, why not try their Form tools to get you started. In fact they even have some features that are only available if you upgrade other tools to paid for plans.
This is a practical hands-on course. There will be mini tasks set during the session so you gain confidence in setting up your own form.
There will be follow up one to one support available for those who may need it.

• create simple forms with a range of question types
• add branching
• share your forms
• access responses
Pre-course requirement
You will need to have access to a Google account so you can try setting up a form during the session. Please come prepared and already logged in, so you can follow instructions to access the Form tools and start building your own. Please contact us if this will be an issue – we may be able to provide some ‘dummy accounts’ if needed.

Course format
Online technical group training
This is an online interactive live training session. You’ll take part in interactive exercises such as breakout room discussions, polls or chat conversations.
You will be asked to complete individual technical tasks on your PC or laptop. You will not be able to join this training using a mobile device. It’s likely that you will need to either create online accounts or download appropriate software, which we’ll tell you about in advance.
