How Good Governance can lead to a successful organisation?  

A 2 hour  workshop 5pm- 7pm, which will be packed with useful insights into what good Governance really is and what ingredient’s are needed to  create good governance in your organisation.

This workshop is targeted specifically at BAME – led  organisations who often face the challenge of  myths held by some  funders and public authorities that they are more likely to have poor governance and therefore they have less confidence in investing in their organisation . The result of this is that BAME – led organisations are less likely to receive grant funding.

What will the workshop focus on 

– What is governance?

– Why does Governance matter and to who ?

– Why Is Governance such a hot topic 

– How to create Good Governance for your organisation 

This workshop will include plenty of interactive activities, A definition of governance,  case studies and a checklist on creating better governance within your organisation which you can  start to use immediately after your the workshop has finished.

Spaces for the workshop is limited to a maximum of 20 organisations ( 1 place for each organisation) and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.  So you need to book now!
