The Go! London Fund is a new partnership that will support sport and physical activity groups to transform the lives of children and young people aged 4-24 in London.
The fund is focussed on young people in need of support, such as special educational needs, risk of involvement in gangs or exploitation, refugee or asylum seeker status and other criteria.
Funding distributed under this programme will help these young people realise their potential. The Go! London Fund will offer a variety of interventions, including (but not limited to):
- Grants of up to £40,000
- Grants for organisations to scale up pilots, develop innovative projects, or adapt their provision to better meet the needs of under-served young Londoners
- Entrepreneur Grants for young people to develop their social enterprise ideas in the sporting sector.
The partnership is running a series of 1-hour information sessions to allow groups to hear more detail about the funding opportunity, which will be launched in Spring 2023.
