Landsec are one of the leading real estate companies in the UK, with a number of developments and projects ongoing in Southwark. As part of their Landsec Futures fund, they are offering Community Grants of up to £3,000 to local charities and not for profit groups that are tackling challenges specific to the communities they are connected to.
This includes the whole borough of Southwark, as well as communities around the Lewisham shopping centre.
These grants are unrestricted, and are designed to support organisations with their daily activities. Funding opportunities will be transparent, with a shortlist created by the Charities Aid Foundation, and reviewed by community grants panels built from members local to each of their places. This will provide inside perspectives of what funding will make the greatest impact in each area, empowering the local community to make future-forward decisions.
They are offering four funding rounds per year, with the next two as follows:
- October 2023 round – launches 2nd October, deadline 20th November
- January 2024 round – launches 2nd January, deadline 19th February

- How you can apply
