Join Datawise London and the Office for National Statistics (ONS) to find out how, as non data experts, you can use the Census 2021 data and other datasets to support your community work.
The session will include an overview of data outputs and interactive tools that are available along with some specific demos of how to use these, and it will be further customised to your interests.
Please let them know what you’d like to explore when booking on to the session. For example, they have supported small charities bettter understand unpaid carers in Bexley, explored housing tenure for young people in Hounslow and identified employment discrepancies across London.
There will also be time for questions and networking. The ONS are keen to hear from the sector about our data needs and collaborate to ensure we can both access and use the valuable data they hold.
There will be follow up monthly practical ‘build your own Census 2021 custom datasets’ for the rest of 2023.
