This session aims to set out how your team will work in relation to processes and tools, cultural and values and accountability.

Description

This session will provide an outline on how to set and create a team agreement, which will significantly increase your teams’ communication and clarify what is expected of each other, allowing you to work harmoniously, no matter where your desk is.
