Groundwork London and Groundwork South are creating a new toolkit containing information, practical guidance, and resources to help communities across London become more resilient in the face of emergencies caused by the climate crisis.

This project is funded by the Greater London Authority. A crucial part of this initiative is to gather input directly from communities about their needs from such a toolkit and how it can be made as accessible and user-friendly as possible.

The requests are as follows:

  • Meet with members of your organisation to test the toolkit, such as by supporting a ‘community mapping’ exercise. A representative would be glad to attend a meeting or event, either in person or online.
  • Share your community’s story—a brief narrative of what happened and how the community responded—to be used as an example and inspiration in the toolkit.
  • Complete a short survey and share it within your networks: https://forms.office.com/e/LE1EHdaLfj.
