Coalition for Efficiency’s mission is to help charities and social enterprises to run themselves more efficiently and effectively, without sacrificing quality.
- We support small charities across the UK with their impact measurement and management:. – We nurture relationships between highly skilled volunteers who want to make a difference and organisations which need their expertise. – We provide practical advice through training and 1-2-1 sessions on how to manage, measure and maximise impact. – We build strategic partnerships that enable us to amplify the support provided so that, together, we help to deliver even greater impact to those that need it most.
- Coalition for Efficiency has a successful track record of supporting small charities and social enterprises at the grassroots level, providing structured, low-cost and tailored support by combining in-house expertise with the passion of skilled volunteers to share their time, skills and external perspective. In all of our work, our approach is to adopt the language of those we are working alongside, to understand their situation from their unique perspective and to offer feasible solutions to their challenges that are proportionate and in line with future plans. Our aim at all times is to make the organisations and initiatives we support more effective and sustainable in the long term by building capacity and confidence within the leadership and wider team.
