Commu TV were happy to cover the Holistic Well Women presenting the Furaha Choir. Gospel group Furaha Choir is based in Lewisham. Through spiritual gospel singing, the organization has helped heal community servants. Over the years, Holistic well-women and women of substance have emerged as a result of this phenomenon

A new community-led panel will decide how best to use £100,000 from Partnership Southwark and South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLAM) to support community groups to tackle health inequalities in Southwark’s Black and minority ethnic communities.
Made up of representatives from BAME and Latin American organisations in the borough, this pioneering panel has come together to devise and co-design a unique funding programme using their collective expertise.
