Safer Renting – Tenancy Rights Roles:
Deputy Head of Service
Salary £32,000 per annum

The successful candidate will have relevant service specific knowledge with at least 5 years’
experience of service planning, project management, contract management, risk assessment
and quality assurance.
Project Manager
Salary £30,000 per annum
Closing date Sunday 17 July 2022
The successful candidate will have a relevant undergraduate degree at 2:1 or above and
Prince2 or equivalent project management experience.
Tenancy Rights Caseworker/Trainee
Salary £21,110 to £24,240 per annum (depending on experience)

The successful candidate will have experience of private rented tenants’ rights advice and
advocacy.
Law Centre – Caseworker/Solicitor Roles:
Employment and Discrimination Caseworker/Solicitor
Salary £35,000 per annum pro rata (i.e., £21,000)
Part-time 21 hours (3 days) per week

The successful candidate will have experience and expert knowledge of employment and
discrimination law.
Housing Caseworker/Solicitor
Salary £31,000 to £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Closing date Friday 22 July 2022
The successful candidate will have experience and expert knowledge of housing law and
casework including representation in the County Court.
