We are recruiting for a Head of Programmes as a maternity cover position, expected to be until November 2024.
The quality, design and impact of Breathe’s programmes is vital to our success as an organisation. Our participants’ experience of our work must be first class, for us to achieve our ambitious clinical, social and organisational outcomes.
In this role you will lead and motivate a small, dedicated team of Programme Managers working to support a broad range of health conditions including hemiplegia, COPD, postnatal depression, stroke and more. You will work innovatively across art forms including magic, music, dance, poetry, singing and visual art to name a few.

Salary: £40,000-£45,000 FTE – (pro rata for part time).
Hours of work: 4 days per week / 30 hours per week
