Bankside Futures is a free summer programme run by Sculpt UK and Better Bankside designed to get young people ready for the world of work!
Dates: 8th July – 19th July
Location: Bankside, SE1
Requirement: Aged 16-18 years old, living or studying in Southwark
Cost: Free
Young people will have the opportunity to:
– Meet a range of employers & businesses in the Bankside area
– Attend tailored workshops and work experience sessions
– Attend networking and mock interview sessions
– Develop their CV
– Create a social action project that will impact Southwark
If you are a young person interested in the programme, not only will you be given the opportunity of exclusive access to businesses in Southwark and the ability to learn key skills to prepare for the world of work, but you can do it all for FREE!
What qualifications do I need?
That’s the best bit – no qualifications needed! You just need to complete a short application and have a chat with Sculpt UK – have a look at the application form on Sculpt UK’s website (link below) and you can find out everything there is to know about the programme, the recruitment process and how you can get involved.
